ITALIANO: Questa sciarpa è parte del progetto Arte da Indossare, immaginato per trasformare i dipinti ad acquerello di Francesca Lancisi in tessuti.
Quest'opera racconta la storia di un seme. Una piccola creatura che porta in se' la promessa del futuro. E' nato durante i giorni più caldi dell'anno, da un fiore che ha preso tutta l'energia del sole, seccandosi e sviluppando una capsula dura per difendere il suo tesoro, il seme.
Il disegno rappresenta un licopside, le piante che hanno contribuito a donare ossigeno all'atmosfera del nostro pianeta. Il colore è un nero intenso con piccole stelle bianche.
ENGLISH: This scarf is part of the Wearable Art project, meant to transform the watercolour paintings made by Francesca Lancisi into textiles.
This artwork is inspired to plants that lived in the night of times, 300 millions of year ago and more, when incredibly huge forests made of uncommonly enormous and weirdly shaped trees lived upon this earth, bearing a small range of species but changing our world forever.
The drawing represents a Lycopsids, one of those plants that helped create oxygen in our atmosphere. The colour is a dark black, with white little stars.

DALLA CARTA AL CORPO Il progetto Arte da Indossare consiste nello stampare le opere originali ad acquerello su altri materiali come carta o tessuto, creando miniabiti, sciarpe e orecchini. In questo modo i dipinti diventano arte da indossare. Colori e macchie, disegni e pennellate diventano un racconto che passa dalla carta al tessuto e diventa abiti e accessori, per essere indossati e portati a contatto con il corpo quotidianamente. Questi oggetti sono stati prodotti in pochissimi pezzi e in edizione limitata, si tratta dunque di una sperimentazione. Le opere stampate sono BOTANICA per gli orecchini e DROPS per miniabiti e sciarpe, da cui oggi è nata una piccola, preziosa collezione. Tutti i temi sono ispirati alla bellezza della Natura, e la filosofia ben espressa dalla frase di Voltaire “Dobbiamo coltivare il nostro giardino” perchè, come esseri umani, non dimentichiamo il nostro diritto e dovere di prenderci cura del mondo e della vita. Tutti gli oggetti di Arte da Indossare sono interamente prodotti in Italia.
Le sciarpe del progetto Arte da Indossare sono attualmente una collezione di 11 dipinti e colori diversi, tutte disponibili in questo sito: Stone, Gold, Night, Fruit, Leaf, Grass, Violet, Coral, Marine, Pods, Orange.
Le sciarpe sono prodotte in edizioni molto limitate, e anche questo, oltre al design unico, le rende speciali. Questa stola elegante può essere indossata anche con un outfit più sportivo. Queste sciarpe sono molto apprezzate dai clienti che amano avere un'attenta cura dei dettagli, o che cercano un regalo importante per un'occasione speciale. Realizzate con un tessuto di alta qualità, composto di modal (90%) e cachemere (10%) risultano morbide, leggermente trasparenti e cadono bene sul corpo. Interamente realizzate in Italia. Misurano 70x180 cm.

FROM THE PAPER TO THE BODY The Wearable Art project consists in printing original watercolour artworks on other materials like coated paper or textiles, creating minidresses, scarves and earrings. In this way the paintings become wearable art. Colors and stains, drawings and brushstrokes become a tale stepping from the paper to a fabric, and then into dresses and accesories, to be kept close to the body and worn everyday. Very few pieces have been produced, in a limited edition, so it really is an experiment. The series of paintings that have been created for the purpose are BOTANICA for the earrings and DROPS for the minidresses and scarves. All the themes are inspired to the beauty of Nature and of our world and the philosophy so well expressed by Voltaire’s sentence “We need to cultivate our garden”, because we don’t have to forget that our right and duty as human beings is to take care of our world and lives. All Wearable Art accessories are entirely made in Italy.
The Scarves of the Wearable Art project are a collection of 11 designs and colours, all available in this website: Stone, Gold, Night, Fruit, Leaf, Grass, Violet, Coral, Marine, Pods, Orange.

This is an elegant wrap, that can be also be worn with a casual outfit. The quality of the product is high, it is soft and slightly transparent, and drapes well on the body. The scarves are made with a yarn composed of modal (90%) and cachemere (10%) and are entirely Made in Italy. The size is 70x180 cm (27x70 inches).
